Terms and Conditions of Service

Welcome to the direct-to-wall UV printing service by Super Visual Creative Agency ("Pix Your Walls"). By hiring our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Service

We provide high-precision vertical UV printing (surface prep, calibration, and execution) for commercial and residential spaces.

2. Graphic Design Services

  • Scope: Includes up to 5 rounds of minor adjustments. Major redesigns or editable source files cost extra.

  • Approval: Client approval (written or digital) is final. Errors found after approval are the client’s responsibility.

  • IP: Designs are licensed exclusively for this project. Source files require separate negotiation.

3. Surface & Site Preparation

  • Site Requirements: The surface must be dry, clean, smooth, and free of moisture or peeling paint. The area must be clear with power access.

  • Liability: We are not liable for flaws caused by pre-existing wall damage, hidden moisture, or poor base paint.

4. Outdoor Installations

Printing requires favorable weather. High humidity, rain, wind, or extreme temperatures will require rescheduling.

5. Client-Provided Artwork

  • Formats: High-res files required (AI, EPS, vector PDF, or 150–300 DPI raster).

  • Colors: Minor color variations between screens and UV ink on wall textures are standard.

6. Scheduling

Printing is primarily conducted on Saturdays and Sundays. Timelines may vary based on project size.

7. Payments & Cancellations

  • Quotes: Valid for 30 days.

  • Payment: 50% deposit required to book (non-refundable if cancelled under 48 hours notice); remaining 50% due immediately upon completion.

  • Acceptance: Paying the deposit or approving the quote confirms acceptance of these terms.

8. Warranty & Flaws

  • Flaw Guarantee: If printing/equipment errors occur, we will repaint the wall, prep it, and rerun the job at no extra charge.

  • Exclusions: Warranty excludes damage from moisture, leaks, physical impact, severe sun fading, or harsh cleaners.

9. Material & Portfolio Rights

  • Permissions: Clients must own or license all supplied artwork.

  • Portfolio: We reserve the right to photograph completed projects for promotional use unless requested otherwise in writing prior to work.
